I try this product and work for me

I try the natural product called caigua from some peruvian product, is awesome, the dosage was take pills for 1 month and the stop for 15 days, then start again. In 2 months you can see a great difference, here is the weblink where you can find the information about this product.

No thank you. Just because a product is "natural" doesn't mean it's safe or has no side effects. And this seems too much like a sales pitch which is a no-no on the board.

Just because my message seem like that to you doesn't mean that is true, I just was trying to help everybody with something that work for me, I was tired of the farmaceutical pills and take the risk to prove something aside that for my experience has no side effects. thanks anyway for your time.

We do share ideas about things that seem to help. I guess it was posting the link that made it sound so commercial. I still stand by my opinion that because something is natural doesn't make it safe. And any supplement should be checked to see if it's compatible with meds being taken. I'm with you that meds are tedious and that's why I avoid them except when necessary (like antibiotics for a nasty infection).

I think you are trying to push a product.  We are not suppose to advertise products and give links.

The natural stuff can be dangerous too and has never done a thing for me when it comes to lowering cholesterol.

It depends how high your cholesterol is.  Slightly elevated it might help, but severely elevated forget the natural stuff.

I put the information because the company of that page are wholesale seller, they dont sale to a person, and there is the most trust information about that product, and I found that because somebody give me the info about what Barbara Levine, PhD, co-director of the Human Nutrition Program at New York's Rockefeller University, says this is a very impressive result. The notes that their findings appeared in a respected journal -- The Journal of the North American Menopause Society.
So after a research on internet I contacted with them and they refer to me to a retailer seller, so just give impression and try to help, but if you two think that can know more than  a PhD like Levine is up to you but I dont think so, that work for me an my levels, so I think if fear to share the information with others.
thanks

I was able to lower my cholesterol almost 60 points by doing dietary changes and they were stopping milk and changing to soy milk, no more egg yolks, no more cheese, oatmeal a nice big bowl every day and olive oil instead of butter on veggies, and no more butter, use smart balance,

Sounds similar to what I've done over the years. I'm not a fan of taking pills so I try to adjust my lifestyle first. Fortunately I'm not genetically predisposed to high cholesterol so this works for me. I do drink some milk (non-fat) and eat yogurt. I'm not a big fan of meat but will have a little fish or chicken once in awhile. So far it seems to be helping. I like Smart Balance too. Has a nice flavor and actually works well for cooking.
