I won't be here for a while

Just to let everyone know that I won't be here for a little while. I woke up wednesday morning at 6am in agony, chest, throat and jaw pains. My left arm felt numb and tingly. I then found myself fighting not to go unconscious with a lot of nausea and sweating. Luckily my 19 year old son was awake and I called to him. I had previously trained him in such situations and he squirted my GTN under my tongue. Waited 2 minutes, then did it again. He then gave me 4x75mg of Aspirin and called for an ambulance. He said I was grey in colour. The ambulance took 9 minuted and the pain was then gone. In Hospital they took Trop blood test on arrival which was negative. A repeat was done at 6pm and was 6.3.
Following morning I had an angiogram and it revealed my Lima was fully closed. My LAD was opened back in 2009 and the Lima was left functioning. Now my LAD is full of very turbulent blood flow for some reason, but must have improved somehow for the pain to go. They cannot stent the whole LAD, it has already been done, so it has been left and they will have a meeting to discuss it. As I am stable, they have discharged me. During the Angiogram I asked "What is my LVEF" and the response was "70% which is confusing". Isn't nature a great thing :)
Still feel a bit shaken and weak but will return as soon as I can.
