Thank you very much for your guidance and advise. I am much relieved now. I am planning to do Echo scan and blood test for the same soon. Thank you again
Yes I would see a heart specialist, but before you get into panic mode, your RBBB is not severe. Your QRS is only 110ms, meaning it is incomplete. Basically the signal is getting along the normal route across the right ventricle before being blocked. If the QRS is 120ms or greater it would be complete. If the QRS is 180ms or greater, there is a risk of death resulting from arrhythmia. You could have been born with this defect. It could be the result from previous heart surgery. It could be the result of infection particularly myocarditis, or it could be the result of a previous heart attack/ischemia.
I would just see a Cardiologist who should organise an Echo scan and blood tests to see if he can establish the cause. If there is no obvious cause, such as infection or ischemia, then it is likely you have been born with this problem (not counting previous surgery of course). I call it a problem, but it isn't if there are no causes found. You can go on to lead a normal life, no medications, and expect no risk of death from this.
