I have had continuous syncopeFainting & dyspnea attacks over the past two weeks. Since friday I have been having a lot of chest pain, some so bad that I would cry and it would interrupt my sleep. It goes and comes but I can feel it in my chest.
I am not a doctor, but as your vitals have come back as normal, I suggest that your ongoing pain might be muscular-skeletal. All ongoing pains are definitely worth checking out further, but take some comfort in the fact that the biggies have come back normal at initial testing. Good luck.
