Im only 24

I have been having this pain in my chest, tightness and the pain kind of shoots through my left arm. I called my doctor and he told me to go to the ER. I didnt go because the pain comes and goes. It has been coming and going for 2 weeks now. Im only 24 could I be having a heart attack?

It sounds like mine one too.  Chest pain has many other kinds of warning.  It don't have to be only heart attack.  If the pain is heart attack related then it must be severe and life threatening.

My cardio told me that my chest pain, chest tightness and head pressure that I have is due to I have a non-sustain tachycardia.  Because the tachy didn't last long so I can't feel any palpitation.  Valves problem also can cause chest pain.

Do you feel any palpitation or irregular beat before your chest pain started?
