well your heart has nothing to do with oxygen levels in your blood, this is down to your red blood cell count. Have they done a blood gas test? A usual oxygen reading is done by testing how well the red corpuscles in your blood are saturated with blood. A blood gas test will see how many red corpuscles you have in your blood. I hope this makes sense. Imagine if you are low on red cell count. Now you have a normal oxygen test, it will show they are all full of oxygen when at rest. However, because there aren't that many of them, they will quickly be depleted on exercise. The only way to establish how many you have and how effiicient they are is to have a blood gas test. It could just mean you are lacking in Iron needed to make more of them (dark green veggies) or it could mean your bone marrow is not making enough for whatever reason.

that is how i feel i have to take deep breaths every once and a while like i never had too it kind of just developed. my spine and everything around it hurts and so does my chest i find walking does hurt more and feels uncomfortable i took my blood preasure today both dilostic and istolic (im not sure what its called right now) but both were normal and my heart rate was 65 what does this mean? if its not my heart that makes me feel this way could it be my lungs because i feel like thats what hurts i feel very weird mentally when i start feeling it too could this really just be anxiety the deep breaths are frustrating i feel like i need to take very deep breaths i cant just breathe normally im getting scared as i see no signs of relief also i seem to feel slightly worse when i eat i fear the morning that is when i feel the worst i do not feel myself i am or was a heavy pot smoker (1 to 5 times a day) and smoke cigarets, since i have felt this way (almost two weeks) i have not craved either i can only focus on my health and i have only smoked pot 3 times each time being extremely negative and painful? my thoughts go wild i feel paralized and i can only think i want it to stop even 1 tiny hoot will effect me beyond belief this is so serious i have decided to quit both and when/if i feel better take on boxing sorry for rambling on it makes me feel better, can i ask what was wrong with your heart that made you feel that way?

Many people feel different things. All I can give you is my own experience.
I found that the pain was continuous, not stabbing, and it was sharp. Breathing had no effect on the pain. If I breathed fast, slow, deep or shallow, no difference. Pain would start when walking upstairs or up a hill, but if I stood still, the pain would go away within 1 minute, completely. With the pain was shortness of breath. It's not like being short of breath when exercising, it's very different. It feels like you are suffocating, even if breathing very fast. When you have a healthy heart and get short of breath while exercising, it feels a lot more comfortable and there's no panic. No panic that you can't get enough oxygen into your body.

This happens to almost everyone when feeling their own heart beat. I sometimes think "wow its soft" then suddenly "oh no I cant feel it, it must be working or I would be dead".
Taking your age into account, the biggest likelihood of a heart problem, is one you was possibly born with, a defect. This is very rare and the odds of you having heart problems are very low indeed. You have a good weight and so I think the pain is probably something else. A quick listen to your chest by the Doctor with a stethascope will confirm that it's fine. Most heart problems which cause pain are associated with exercise. The more you do, the more it hurts. Feeling the pains when you wake up is not typical. You are of course correct to see your Doctor to find out what the pains are. If you get pains when taking a deep breath, it sounds more like a muscular problem when you stretch the chest. As you use your muscles during the day, do you find the pain goes away or lessens?
