I'm worried about my heart.

I'm 24 male, I know I'm young, but I recently got out of the military and stopped working out. Since then, the left side of my chest is in great discomfort. Alot of the  time it I feel it is my left arm. Sometimes it's a sharp pain, most of the time I feel tingles, tingles mostly in my arm, discomfort and pain on the left side of my chest. It worries me and am wondering if I should see a doctor.

You should see a doctor. It is not possible to diagnose the cause of chest pain with any certainty over the internet. Your best bet would be to see your doctor for a complete evaluation.

I have been feeling the same thing the last two weeks. I also feel an odd Sharp pain under the  left arm, and in the back of my shoulder on occasions . I went to the emergency room and had an ekg which was normal. They said it is probably anxiety, which would seem likely for you as well due to your service (thank you by the way). I would suggest absolutely going to the doctor and being tested for cardiac ailments, if all is clear, ask your doctor about anxiety and its treatment. Most of all, don't be scared honey. Stay calm and breathe, fear will make it worse. Go to the doctor ASAP. Good luck :)
