Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia

Dear Cardio Dr.
Thank you for your advice in the past, it has been very helpful. As posted in a previous message, I have been diagnosed as having inappropriate sinus tachycardia. The condition is very disabling for me and a sinus node modification did not cure the arrhythmia. My EP doctor is determined to get rid of the problem once and for all hopefully without having to ablate my AV node if possible. He has me scheduled for another procedure, and I am told that he will be using more sophisticated pacing equipment. He referred to this procedure as "Carto" ( perhaps this is an English medical abbreviation as it is a London hospital), I wonder if you have heard of this? If you are aware of this method of detecting arrythmias I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice on the following:
1. What does the procedure involve (is it a type of electrophysiology study)
2. IS this method any more likely to find the location of the heart causing the arrhythmia?
3. On average how successful is a second ablation for IST
4. Is there any other alternative to AV node ablation if this ablation fails if medication is not effective(or tolerated)?
I am ever so grateful for all your help
