Incomplete Right Bundle Block

My EKG this week showed an incomplete right bundle block...I saw a cardiologist and he doesn't seem very concerned...He said that most people over 50 have it...I'm a 51 year old woman...My question is what causes this and how can I prevent it from becoming a complete block ???Thanks

Probably just aging leads to degeneration of the heart's electrical conduction system. THere is nothing you can specifically do to prevent it from progressing - however, it is very unlikely to progress.
