Anyways, its 3 years later, and I do still suffer from panic attacks, and im still worried about this IRBBB. I don`t know much about it, is this a normal finding? Just a 19 year old male, wondering if I should relax about this, or go back again for more testing.
I too have been "diagnosed" with IRBBB and I was told it was completely benign. Apparently it is very easy for this to show up on an EKG because if the leads are a little off it can show up. I have had numerous EKG's and it shows up about 40% of the time. I too have had a slew of cardiac testing done and even have gone to 3 different cardiologists. Pretty much told I have a good heart and to leave it alone. I also have had panic attacks in the past so I really feel your pain.
I would go for another check up though if it has been 3 years since all your tests have been conducted. If you research IRBBB on the internet even it tells you that it is mostly a benign condition. I wish you lots of luck and keep me posted!
my little 4 year old has had it since he was born. the IRBBB is not anyhting to worry about it is the LBBB or a cBBBB that you need to be cautios of.
I guess it owuldn't hurt to go to your doctor and just ask for a yearly cardiac checkup to make sure everything is okay
good luck

I have both left and right BBB. I had skipping heart beats, 20,000 in one day once, but also some runs of extra fast ventricular movements. I take amiodarone for this and stabilized after about six months. Now fit as a flea. I'm 80 and had years of panic attacks. I stopped those with .25 tafil (alprazolam) under the tongue as needed, not every day. Years ago I'd stop them with a double rum. never failed. But no more, sad to say.So buck up and don't fret.
