Inferior wall ischemia

I'm having a chest pain. and I had an ecg test stating
-peaked P-wave in lead II
-T wave inverted in lead III
-T wave low in AVF

Normal sinus rhythm
Inferioir wall ischemia


how dangerous is my findings can anyone help me with this. I take trimetazidine 35mg 2x a day.
I stop tanking aspilet cause I also have gerd. I dont feel shortness of breath. Thankyou for the answer.

The word ischemia means "decreased blood/oxygen supply".
Ecg, although regularly used to detect blockages in the coronary arteries, is not the best tool available. If the interpretation that you read on your ecg is made by the ecg machine itself then it is not very reliable unless it was confirmed by a physician.

You have to go back to your doctor (or the doctor who did the annual physical exam) and ask him about the ecg results.
