Interpreting Cardiac MRI Report

   Aorta at the sinotubular junction:   23 mm.

It looks like everything is the right size and volume. I don't know the standards for the specific labs but the number are likely comparable to the echo value. And all your number look fine. I am not sure about the right ventricle. Echo usually does not measure the volumes.
Do you have the official interpretetion of it?
Usually they try to answer the question the ordering MD is asking.
