Inverted T Waves

When looking at ARVD, are inverted T waves in leads V1 and V2 of any significance?  I've only seen literature stating that inverted T waves in V1-V3 are considered a minor criterion for ARVD.  But what if they are only inverted in V1 and V2 but not in V3?  Thanks!

They are still of diagnostic significance, there is no prognostic value.  The ekg pattern is really what initiates further workup in the right setting.  One the diagnosis is made, typically by an MRI or heart Bx, the T waves really play no role.

Sorry I don't really understand your explanation.  Are inverted T waves in only V1 and V2 characteristic of ARVD?  I have met other ARVD Criteria (# of PVC's a day with LBBB morphology and localized aneurysm on RV Free wall).
