Irregular heart beats...

HI. For the last one year I noticed that I have irregular beats. They can happen at any time ( sitting, walking, running, ) sometimes I can have them once a week, sometimes several times a day. they gos for one second and stop. after that I feel weekness around my heart for several minutes. I am not sure, I have skipped beats or extra beats. it is very annoying!!!! I never drink and smoke. Never drink coffee,!!!! Do not say that this is anexiety!!!! I'm sure its not I have many test; EKG 6 times, holter monitor, stress test, blood test, echocardiogram. they are all normal. My doctor said nothing to worry about. IT IS REALLY ANNOYING PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! HELP ME!!!!!!

Unfortunately it is impossible to make a diagnosis just by symptoms alone. However, the differential for your symptoms is wide which would include extra heart beats (premature ventricular/atrial contractions), or an atrial or ventricular arrhythmia. It sounds that you have had a very thorough work-up already including ECG, echo, and holter monitor. These are the first-line diagnostic tests that are usually carried out to assist in making the diagnosis.  I am sorry if they have not yielded any useful information.
