Is 140/80 considered isolated systolic hypertension? Apple cider affect my HBP!
it sounds absolutely crazy. Im only 27 with normal blood pressure of 120/80 and in May it went 160/90 and back to 120/80 and recently it went up to 140/80 then 140/70 for 2 weeks.

I was desperate and decide to stuff myself with beet root juice , celery juice ,  vitamin B complex , ca+ magnesium pills and apple cider vinegar ; anything to reduce those reading.

The end result - A drop in diastolic by 10 and no drop in systolic! I was shocked!

I am getting some depression now!
