Is any related between prolapsed anterior mitral valve and the myocardial bridging?

I'm 44, female.  I have two heart problems.  One is the prolapsed anterior mitral valve which I did the echo-test in 2001.  Unfortunately couple days ago, only 10-15 minutes after start in my body combat class, like a heart attack, I fainted, heart pain and severe jaw pain but I didn't collapse.  I took a break nearly 30 minutes my heart was getting better and less jaw pain.  Actually it was happened to me several times during the tennis course.  So I did CT scan test.  I was diagnosed with the Myocardial Bridging at mid LAD.   My dr. said nothing to do with it>>just less exertion. Notice the signal as fainting, if so stop all activity.   He told me not to take the isordil subl, it cause lower blood pressure.  I am really doubt in the worse case I got the heart attack again as last time, only sit down take a deep breath,  everything can get back to normal. Or what should I do in that case?

Was the CT scan able to rule out the myocardial bridging is not associated with myocardial infarction (heart attack) it is factor on rare occasions. The mechanism by which this occurs is unclear; vessel occlusion in this setting may be due to superimposed thrombosis (clots) or vasospasm. Endothelial (lining of vessel) injury as a result of myocardial bridging may predispose to thrombus formation.

Also, the vessel is buried in the heart muscle for an interval and may not dilate normally as it should when exercising, etc. as the submerged segment would more likely be compressed. Whether its called  "bridging" "spasms" or other terms, if it causes ischemia (reduced blood flow), it can lead to an infarction. More frequently there is a lesion just proximal to the myocardial bridging and goes undetected that could be problematic.

Worst case scenario, and I don't mean to frighten you, but I am giving some insight to the possibilities, and I am sure your doctor is aware and his noted the possibilities in the diagnoses or lack thereof.

Thanks for sharing.
