Is it something with my heart?

Symptoms:

- Sharp, stabbing pain in chest where heart is located
- Same pain radiates to left of upper spine
- Same pain in left arm accompanied by 'pins and needles" and, on one occasion, discoloration in palm - Palm turned blueish.
- shortness of breath
- rapid heart rate (60 - 89bpm when resting. over 100bpm when walking slowly, increases quickly with exercise especially cardiovascular)
- regular heart palpatations
- Feeling light headed either when seated or standing or walking / dazed / dizzy
- feeling like pressure in head / ringing or blocked left ear (cannot hear properly unless head is turned down and to the right).
- nauseous feeling in jaw line especially after exercise / eating
- fatigue and interrupted sleep

3 doctors so far have said it is not cardiac, it is muscular / stress / anxiety. One other suggested I am low risk but should see a cardiologist. Visited a cardiologist over 1 year ago who conducted a stress ECG and an ultrasound - all was ok.

Symptoms seem to be increasing in severity so I am looking for as many opinions as possible. I do not believe it is stress / anxiety.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Andrew

3 doctors said it's not cardiac, cardiologist tests were negative, I'd say it's not cardiac.  Could be digestive, could be vitamin deficiency (vitamin D, Magnesium, etc).  Heart rate of 60-90 is normal, for me anyway.  Sorry to hear what your going through and that I can't offer more.
