I am 66 years young. I experience similar BP and heart rate variation during the day. When I wake up the BP is 140/90 and heart rate 50. By evening the BP goes down to 115/72 and heart rate goes up to 72.
Afer exercise at noon, my BP goes down to 110/70 .
I aked several acdamics in madicine, no one answered the way I can understand.
Hi there. BP is always lower after you have eaten something and pulse will sometimes elevate to compensate if you have hypotention, but it is nothing to be conserned about. Hypotention is when your BP is in the range of 100/60 and lower. Hypertention is BP of 140/90 and higher.
Don't worry to much about it and as long as your BP is not in the danger zone of 140/90+ you shouldn't be conserned.
