ECGEcg
Electrocardiogram (ecg)
Exercise stress test
Post myocardial infarction ecg wave tracings and said was fine. Still had chest pain 2 days later went back to ER did chest x-ray, more blood work, including trop test, and another 2 ECG's (heart racing again). ER doc said wasn't heart attack maybe nerves. Reffered to Cardio b/c said ECG wasn't quite normal. Cardio did another ECG, stress test (only got heart rate up to 160 b/c of atten.) I am 25. Cardio said was ok. Pain subsided after vist to cardio. Primary ordered echo and extensive blood work. Echo came back normal I think EF was over 80. Said possible minor wall thickening, said it was borderline. End of Feb. started having chest pains again after sitting around think about heart went to cardio thought I was becoming cardiac cripple. Went for another month and a half lost 40 pounds and bp came down, was high. Primary cut atten. to 25 mgs. Started having chest pains after greasy meal on good Friday. Had a resting Sinus Tach (no pain) this past Friday. Lopressor brought down. Still have chest pains. Come at rest actually feel better when strenous walking. Am scared to death going back to cardio today. Does this sound like angina? No CAD in family, am overweight but losing, bp controled w/ med, quit dipping in Jan, chs. normal good a little low. Pain seems to move arround in chest, shoulder, ribs, back. Any ideas?
