That's about 64% of your max heart rate (220-age) which is more like what it should be during a light workout. I work out at 135 - 140 BPM or about 80% plus of my max at 6 mets which is considered a moderate work out level. Everyone is different, so what is normal for me may not be for you. The AHA recommends a minimum of 50 -75% of your max heart rate 30 minutes most days of the week.
