Is this due to ?????

Is this due to ?????

I am not sure what is going on here ...  Confused.

Previous history of diastolic, systolic and LVF heart failure.  Supposedly
mild.  The EF is normal, but then again, it usually is with diastolic failure.  BP is low/normal.

On 2 June, was admitted to ER with a suspected heart failure.  CPR elevated, Troponin was borderline normal, EKG showed possible ischemia.

Since that day, another ER visit, two weeks later with suspected the same.

I am hardly able to walk, without feeling light headed, whoozy, swearty, dizzy,
with some angina symptoms.

I tried to wipe and clean some books the other day, and the same thing happened.

Today, I tried walking outside, taking a few steps.  Even though walking at a very SLOW
pace, my heart rate went up to 100 bpm, felt sweaty (its cool here today) and little fleeting angina sensation in the lower jaw.

Question - is it possible there is a blockage, or is the heart failure (note BNP was slighly elevated), or microvessels disease (D-Dimer test was normal) or all of those?

An angiogram might not necessarily reveal much and it is dangerous, as is conrast dye.

Input much appreciated.

Many thanks

You say you were in the ER twice recently, but you do not mention what was done or what the diagnosis actually was.  Did they do an Echo or Stress test?  The angiogram would show any blockages and I would certainly opt for this.  Give me a few more details.

I was offered antithrombolytic drugs.  There was no sure way to know if I was having a heart attack or not.  The EKG showed there could be an MI, the CK was elevated, the troponin was border line normal.  The symptoms were severe.

I did not take the antithromobolytic drugs for fear of adverse reactions because I have difficulties metabolizing most drugs.

On both occasions the doctors in ER said I may or may not have suffered a heart attack.  The do not perform caths there.  I saw my cardiologist afterwards and he recommends an angio.

I did have an echo, suffering from diastolic, systolic, LVF and hypokinesis of the septal wall for 13 years now.

I take no meds, due to inability of metabolizing chemicals compounds.

Thanks
