Ischemic coronary artery heart disease

I have ischemic coronary artery disease with an estimated 5-7 based on my activity.  what does this mean.? I cannot walk long distances, pick up 30-60  pounds, had MI in mid to late 80's and am on Nitro and other heart meds.

My husband also suffers with ischemic coronary artery disease . He recently had cath on his legs they found narrowing of his iliac arteries in right and left hip . They put stints in & now he can walk greater distances without much pain . Unfortionatly the nitro will be life time .
