I am currently living in Mexico since December 15th 2007at an elevation of 5800 ft. My blood pressure has gone nuts again this year. 175 over 106 170 over 100  175 over 111, etc.I am under the care of a cardiologist in USA.My bp usually runs 145 over 80 on an ongoing basis.with medication. Should I wait for a few weeks or consider upping the dosage of Avapro, now taking 150mgs per day
