I have written you regarding my spontaneous coronary artery dissection which occured on Oct 6, 1998.  I now am having lots of pain in my arms both left and right.  I notice that the pain is in the shoulder, elbow and especially the wrist.  I do sometimes have the pain in between the shoulder and elbow.  I never had any pain like this before the heart attack.  My doctor tested me for rhematiod arthritis when I had this type of heart attack and it was negative.  I now have 6 stents in the RCA could the pain be related in some way?  Thank you so much.
