LEFT VENTRICLE EJECTION FRACTION

My 2008 echocardigram had a LV EJECTION FRACTION MM CUBED AT 88%.
LEFT VENTRICLE EJECTION FRACTION 4C MOD AT 77.2%
MY 2007( PREVIOUS) REPORT HAD A LEFT VENTRICLE FRACTIONAL SHORTENING BASE LX OF 40.6%
WHAT IS THE MEANING AND RELATIONSHIP OF THESE READINGS? Is my condition deteriating , thee same or getting better?
MY RIGHT VENTRICLE HAS A RVSP OF45NG HG, IS THIS GOOD, BAD OR AM I GOING TO DIE3 SHORTLY?
