I HAD A HEART STROKE AT AGE OF 22 I HAD AN ANGIOPLAST AND A MEDICATED STENT WAS INSERTED 8 YEARS BACK I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW
1. LIFE OF MEDICATED STENT
2. LIFE OF PERSON AFTER STENT EXPIRES
3. TREATMENT THAT CAN BE HAD BEFORE OR AFTER STENT EXPIRES

A stent can last for the rest of your natural life if you look after your body. You can obviously still develop further blockages in other areas of the coronary arteries, which in turn may require stenting. IF your stent does block, there are procedures in angioplasty to unblock it.
You was very young to receive a stent? but if you feel any angina symptoms, obviously report these to your Doctor immediately. The earlier you catch these things the better.
