And do not forget to sleep enough every day. There are studies that indicates that below 7 hours of daily sleep, the risk or arterial calcification increases.

It all depends on the reasons for the narrowing but in general, good exercise every day, healthy diet, no smoking, avoiding stress, a little alcohol a day such as a glass of wine, all go towards healthy arteries.
