Labile pressure

I am an otherwise healthy woman of 67, active, low weight and fit. But in the last year, I have noticed a change in blood pressure that I attributed to the "white coat syndrome" when I had my annual physical. But I am seeing blood pressure numbers up and down all day when I check my pressure at home. It can go from 115/68 to as high as 155/87, which is what it was after coffee this morning. I have no other apparent symptoms such as dizziness or shortness of breath. Should I be concerned?

BP is changing continuously, if I were you I would not worry.

Otherwise someone can tell you to stop your coffee!!
