Lanoxin, Nitroglycerin, Lasix, Glucotrol and Zestril ?

I'm searching for answers for my brother, who is 52 yrs old. He has had 2 heart attacks, has completed radiation treatments for lung cancer. A few weeks ago he started having chest pains that lasted for a week then the pain started up into the neck, numness of the jaw area. He suspected he was having another heart attack, he was taken to the local hospital, in which a CK test and EKG...both indicated a heart attack. , the local hospital rushed him to a major hospital,where he could better taken care of. But when this hospital done a enzime test, it did not indicate a heart attack. I know that this test was to determine the damage. Is it possible that he could of had a heart attck but with no damage? They have change his mediciation now, and hes not getting any better. Is it possible that these drugs combine together could have a reaction to each other? I have learn that taking serveal of these medications you should have blood test done often, for toxic resons. Is it possible that he is having a toxic build up? and maybe the cause of him not getting any better? He is not due to see either/any of his phisicans' until later December. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your brother may have had a small heart attack that was cleared by the time he went to the next hospital.
