I forgot to mention that on top of the Potassium pills I also eat a banana, about 1/2 tablespoon of raisins and a large glass of Orange Juice every day.
I'm doing this for the last 4 years and never had a problem with my potassium either to high or to low. It always shows up perfectPerfect choice on my bloodwork I get every 3 months.

Thank you so very much. I really needed this information. I think my cardionurse had me on a doubleDouble-tussin dm dose of potassium. I was taking 20 meq/40mg of Lasix. I had suggested this to her and it appeared on my K bottle as directions. I had read it on a heart forum, lol. Thanks again. Goldie
