Laymens explanation please

by wulf27806, Jun 24, 2009 09:22AM
In my very recent echocardiogram it said grade 1 left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, impaired left ventricular relaxation.  Along with mils thickening of mitral valve leaflets and aslo said probably mildly elevated pulmonary artery pressure and that it was a technically difficult Color Doppler flow study with an acceleration time of pulmonic systolic flow velocity is95 msec.    What would be the laymens understanding of this?

This discussion is related to Echocardiogram Report.
