Left Pinky & Ring Finger Tingles, Middle & Left Chest Pain

Hi,
3 days ago I had a terrible pain in the middle of my chest, followed a couple of minutes later by a severe pain under my left shoulder blade, then a few minutes later followed by tingling in my left pinky & ring finger. Went straight to my doctor here in a rural town. Blood pressure was 160 / 100 & they did a EKG. The EKG was good, Chest XRay was normal. They took blood & 2 days later results came back the enzymes was OK, but the next morning after my episode (before results came back) I went back to ask them to run the Blood again and they said it was not needed. I have no more bad pain, but i do have a intermittent left chest pain that is slight, and my 2 fingers on left hand are still tingling, sometimes I get a pain in the index finger area only, but short lived. If I breathed deep it would make the back pain worse. Nothing effects the tingling or the chest symptoms. Doctor (actually his PA) was very confident it was not Heart Related. I have been burping a lot since this all started, with a slight headache off and on in the front of my forehead & eye area. Sometimes I get a faint feeling like a shiver across my face that goes away as fast as it came. I am 43 6'1" 275lbs never smoked, drink or drugs. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
