Left Ventricle Hypertrophy

Left Ventricle Hypertrophy

I recently had an ECG and the findings were RAD and a persistent S wave. I was advised to undergo a 2d-Echo.  The results of the 2d-Echo concluded:

Concentric left ventricualr hypertrophy with adequate wall motion.

Prior to the conclusion, the result mentioned "The interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall are hypertrophied."

What does the result mean?  I am 36 years old, male, I don't smoke and drink and I exerise at least 3x a week (running for 30 minutes).  Is something wrong?  Or is it typical of an "athlete's heart"?
