Left atrial abnormality

why ECG shows the result as left atrial abnormality .......... p, p' >60mS.<-0.15mV  V1
What is the reason for that result?

The EKG is most likely seeing an enlarged left atrium, however, an EKG is NOT a reliable tool for diagnosing  this kind of defect. If you have an abnormal EKG you should ask your doctor about doing an echo to check the structure of your heart and possibly a stress test as well.
