Left bundle block

I have been told by two heart specialists that I have a left bundle block. One says that it does not cause pain but I get pin when I excercise or get stressed.The internet states that it can cause pain. Does is or does it not cause pain and is it related to heart attack ( I had one in 2007)

I don't think a LBBB causes pain because it is a part of the electrical system, it is not related to the arteries which, when blocked is what causes pain. Pain comes from the heart muscle be robbed of a blood supply. It would also not be related to a heart attack as, again, a heart attack is the result of a lack of blood flow through the arteries. If you have already had a heart attack and are still having pain, you need to go back and see the cardiologist and be re-evaluated.
