Leg Pain

Leg Pain

I am 45 yrs old and have a healty lifestyle ( Veg, no smoking, no Alcohol).  Since, I have never been sick, I have not had to take any medicine or any over the counter drugs. I never get headaches. Lately, I have been having leg pain even after a simple exercise. I have also noticed that my resting heart rate has gone from around 70 to 85. I have also been experiencing some chest pains in the upper left area, and a low grade fever at the end of the day.  A few months ago, my EKG was normal. My blood test shows tryglycerides and hemocyscine level above normal.  Heating pad make the leg pain temproary disappear. Therefore my question is:

1) How do you know if the leg pain is muscular or due to some cardio problem?
2) What other symptomps should I look for potential heart problems?

Thanks

1.High Homocysteine and Triglyceride levels are of great concern when talking about Cardiovascular health risk so get those under control now to avoid real problems later. Use the
internet to discover that homocysteine levels can easily be reduced with certain B vitamins. Pyrodoxine/Folic acid/Cyanocobalamin. Surely your doctor has told you this.
Triglyceride is saturated fat. if you take Essential fatty acids you'll probably cure that problem.I would expect your Homocysteine and Triglyceride levels to go to normal very quickly. If after a three month period or so your leg pain has improved be happy.
2.If you were to experience sharp chest pain which radiates to your jaw and/or axilla(armpit) you can suspect angina and coronary artery disease. Shortness of breath with little exertion also screams heart trouble.Sit down, breathe and get to the hospital or call an ambulance. If you have other family members with heart problems your quick action is even more important. Don't wait, be proactive and you can prevent devastating life altering events. Don't wait for a doctor to tell you how to prevent heart disease. They treat heart disease. They don't prevent it. Learn what to do and take it from there.
3.Regarding low grade fever you might want to have your TSH
(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) level checked. If you are a vegetarian with high triglyceride levels perhaps you should read the labels on any oil you use on salad or when cooking
These are my opinions. Don't take my word for anything. If you can use the internet it is easy to do your own research using reputable hospital or.edu sites.
