After sitting especially while driving or traveling i have severe burning throbbing pain in the upper back part of my legs and is unbearable. It is also the same pain if i stand in one spot for a prolonged period of time. I can be on my feet all day as long as i am moving around i am fine. Could this be any way related to the heart? I have a family history of Heart Disease.
Or it could be related to your spine and/or sciatic nerve. My husband has issues with that. He's fine if he stays active and moving but spend a sedentary day at work in front of the computer and he has nasty pain down his legs.
