Lip piercings and heart disease

i am 15 with Rheumatic heart disease. i have two leaking valves and i was told if i get an infection it will go to my blood stream and go to my heart which can kill me. im intrested in piercings and im getting my nose pierced and i got permision from my heart specialist but i never got the ok for my lip to get pierced. i just want one piercing on my lip and my nose. now i know that i could POSSIBLY get an infection but i dont think its that likely to happen to me. there are alot of odds out there i could die by doing other things like driving in cars and etc. but i really want to get my lip pierced and actually feel a little normal because being limited to doing only certain things is really starting to be emotional for me. knowing i cant get tatoos or piercings but i want to know if i get my lip pierced and IF it got infected will it go to my heart? i need to get professional proof before i can get it done.
