Long term health concerns

A little background: In 1994 (33 yrs old) I had a angina during execise, a cath showed 90% and 70% blockage in LDA which was scrapped out to 20-25% by an artherectomy. Then 4 months later needed 2x bypass since reclogged to 85%. I was active duty military fought to stay in service (had 17 years) which I was permitted and retired in 1999. Thre were no other issues and drug therepy seemed stable.
I have been followed by military cardiologist mostly very good or at least I felt very comfortable. In 2004 I needed 2 stents in the RCA. Caths were done in 2000and 2001 that showed 80 and 90$ blockage in RCA but nothing was done at that time until in 2004 angina with exhurtion required another cath and the RCA was 99% and 70% so two stents were placed.
  Since 2004 I have had 4 cardiologist dealing with AFIB, irregular ekg's (PVC's) and gradual increasing ftigue and statin (labs dont support but they feel long term use 28 years likely the cause). 2010 tomorrow another cath...due to the fatigue and moderate chest discomfort when doing very mild work.

  What the likely hood that this is a life style I'll need to adjust to ..the lack of endurance ect., I have been highly frustrated over the past 2-3 years (not depressed..they tried those meds too)..new cardiologist doing the cath so hope to find something out tomorrow...I'm only 50 but feel 80 and open to any suggestions to making improvements to my life. Should I expect another CABG soon?
