Low BP and blocked artery

I have low BP (from as low as 80/40), i was recently diagnosed with blockage of the left subclavian artery, my ECG and echo are normal. Is there  a way of alleviating this condition without surgery? From Manga92

blockages of the left subclavian artery are far more common than those of the right. In most cases it's believed to be caused by damage to the artery through lots of muscular compression with exercise. I believe the only option apart from having it bypassed, is a Stent if the blockage isn't too extensive. I assume they've ruled out a thrombus? where clot busting medication will remove the mass, meaning it must be atherosclerosis. There is no medication which can remove atherosclerosis plaques, unfortunately.

The location of the blockage is a consideration. The most common location of a subclavian artery blockage is at the beginning of the blood vessel as it branches from the aorta. With many of these blockages, the blockage may be treated withut surgery by a minimally invasive approach.  The procedure would be with a puncture from the elbow region of the arm or the femoral artery in the groin.

There can be endarterectomy that is a procedure is to open the vessel by removing the plaque that is causing a narrowing or blockage.  Or there can be angioplasty which is a process to implant a stent with a catheter through a vessel.

What has been your symptoms?  Have any test reports?
