Low Blood Pressure, Elevated Pulse Rate, with symptoms

27, SWF, 5'1", 103lbs... Non-active, no major health problems...
Dizziness, lightheadedness, nauseau for 6 months... Started with PCP, then went to Cardiologist, had stress tests and echo's performed no deviations.
BP standing: 90/60, pulse 90, sitting:  80/50, pulse 120, Lying flat:
90/60, pulse 90.  Always had BP of 120/70, Pulse 72-76, sudden change in BP and Pulse accompanied by symptoms... Was put on Florinef which caused drastic headaches. Removed and was told to take large dosages of salt.
Fainted two times in the past week, not even upon exertion...
Is this common?  Had CBC, complete workups, etc...
Upon exertion, complete jump to 160/100 pulse 140... Takes extended period of time to regain to normal. accompanied by nausea and tiredness...

Dear Jennifer, thank you for your question. I'm not sure what is going on, but I would advocate that you don't take florinef, don't ingest extra salt, and see another cardiologist for a second opinion.  I'm unable to make a specific diagonsis in this forum and your symptoms are confusing.  I haven't heard of a patient with symptoms like yours, so I'm sorry that I can't be more specific.
