Low Blood Pressure, High Pulse

I am a very active, healthy 22 year old woman, but I have some mild concerns about my blood pressure and pulse.  My blood pressure is quite low.  Last night I took it and it was 94/54.  This is the general range it is usually in give or take 10 points.  My resting heart rate is around 65 bpm.  When I exercise though, even if I am not breathing heavily and I don't feel like I am under much strain, my heart rate will soar up to 210 bpm or more.  Is this something to be concerned about?  Another thing that may or may not be connected is that I do not really sweat while working out or when it is very hot.  The sauna at my gym is at 180 degrees and everyone else is pouring sweat and I won't be sweating at all.

Your blood pressure is not low unless you are having symptoms of lightheadedness or dizziness.  So based on what you told us here I would not be concerned about your blood pressure, however, the pulse is somewhat concerning to me.  The thing that comes to mind is an exercise induced tachycardia.  Do you get lightheaded when you exercise?  One suggestion I have is to wear a Holter monitor while you exercise or have your cardiologist order a stress test.  If there is an arrhythmia then either medical therapy or an ablation are two options that you have.  Given that you are very young and unlikely to tolerate having to take a daily medication, ablation would probably be the best option for you.
