Low Body Temperature

Subject: Low Body Temperature

Forum: The Heart Forum

I am 44 years old and trying to have a baby.  An infertiliy specialist
has determined that my FSH level is 13.1 and in his opinion I will not be
able to achieve pregency.  I started looking for additional information and
have began recording my body temperature every morning.  My temperature average
is about 97.4. I have had temeratures in the range of 96.2, 96.8 etc.  I also
suffer from psoriasis continiously for the last 15 years.  I have a lot
of stress in my life but other than the psoriasis I'm live a healthy life
style.
My question is, could my low body temperature be something I should be
concerned about and is there anything I can do to increase my temperature.
I am 5'8", 135lbs and have been told before that I might have an inactive
thyroid.
Any suggustions would be greatly appreciated.
