Low blood pressure

by bawillet, Oct 26, 2009 12:02PM
I had a heart attack almost 2 years ago and a stent placement 15 months ago and have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism in the last 6 months.  I am now having trouble with HYPOtension - low blood pressure.  Is there something I can do to keep it in a normal range.  It was 90/40 this morning and I am very dizzy and lightheaded.

You probably have to back off some of the heart medications.  Talk to your doctor.  Depending on what meds you are on, he or she should probably lower the dosages or at least have you take them at separate times.
