It is normal to have a lower blood pressure and pulse at night before going to bed than during the day when you are active. Your readings are also within normal limits. I do not think that this places you at high risk for coronary artery disease.
When I walked around the block today when I got home my bp was 150/80 and my pulse was 98. MY bp had been normal all morning. Could that be an indicator of heart disease as well.
