Low/slow heart rate

I was feeling tired & fatigued after a fall down some stairs that left me with a very badly strained ankle for 6 weeks,so I was laid up no exercise during this time.I went to my doctor and he suggested a 24 hour heart monitor. The results showed that at 5.03am while sleeping my heart rate was at 33bpm & an average of 65bpm.He started talking pacemakers etc.I was so scared. He referred me to a cardioligist.I had another 24 hour monitor which showed a low of 43bpm while sleeping and average of 65bpm. He also did stress test & was very happy with the rate my heart increased and decrease, chest xray, thyroid tests, ultra sound of the heart, cameras to check stomach & bowel,& more all where fine.He said that I suffer from anxiety since being told my bpm & I need to stop worrying about it, hundreds of people live with the same heart rate. I went to 2 more cardioligists to triple check, who said the same!since then my anxiety has increased I am so worried my heart will stop that I now get chest pain, shaking, dizziness, hate being around people in case I pass out, hate being away from them incase I need assistance, check pulse always.I am 30yr female,168cm & weight 75kg,I walk twice/three times a week,no pain or discomfort.test where done 4 & 2yrs ago
1.Is this a normal resting/sleeping heart rate for someone my size/build/age?
2.I have been given Xanax .25mg for the anxiety over the heart problem, would it releive the symptoms if it wasn't anxiety?
3.I breath through my chest not my belly, could this cause more symptoms
4.I am worried my symptoms are from my heart. Any insight will help??

I also have Bradycardia in normal Sinus Rythmn.   I'll ask a weird set of questions:

1) Do you snore?

2) I'm not sure if 75.1 kg if this overweight (Apologize, but unfamiliar with metric system.) So, are you overweight?

3) How do you feel during the day?  Are you tired after a full night sleep?

4) Do you have hypertension?

5) Are you diabetic?

6) Do you get sleepy during the day while sitting or in a passive activity (reading a book, watching a movie, on a long drive)?

I actually learned that I had Bradycardia from a overnight "Sleep Study".  The doctors were checking me for Sleep Apnea, which I learned I had.  Some of the questions above if answered yes, might be an indicator that you have a sleep apnea disorder.  Might be something to consider looking into.
