To answer your question regarding return to work ,etc. is patient specific and requires consultation with a cardiologist who has your medical history, current condition, etc.

My experience with a heart disorder going on 6 years now is almost identical to your present situation.  I had hypokinesis from a prior heart event and CHF;  the RCA 98% was stented, circumflex 72% (not stented),  and the LAD is/was 100% blocked.

You should have received written instructions for any limitations upon discharge from the hospital.  I was in the hospital several days after the stent implant due to pulmonary edema (congested heart failure) and there was no problem cath entery site, etc.  Sometimes a problem so there is general advice not to do any heavy lifting for serveral days.  There were no limitations imposed and I returned to a gym workout and resumed normal activities.
