MVP or not

I have the problem of rapid heart rate whenever I go to doctor or anxious. I had been to one cardiologist who himself did the echo and results are:
2D and M Mode examination done in multiple views revealed normal movement of both mitral leaflets during diastole.  Mitral valve opening is normal.  No SAM or mitral valve prolapse seen.  Aortic valve has three cusps, which are not thickened.  It

Increased heart beat is 100% common for anxiety and does not necessarily mean you have a heart problem - see a medical professional to be evaluated for a possible anxiety disorder.

Dear GS,
It would be hard for me to say without looking at the echos myself.  In the past mitral valve prolapse (MVP) tended to be overdiagnosed both by echo and by exam.  Today we tend not to make this diagnosis in persons with no mitral regurgitation and otherwise normal hearts.
