About two years ago, I found out that I had MVP after going to a cardiologist. (My symptoms were mainly tiredness, rapidRapid shallow breathing heart beat, palpitationsHeart palpitations, lightheadedness, chest pain, my handsHand or foot spasms Hand tremor even turn blue in hot weather, and my faceFace pain would get flushed....) I noticed that my metabolism became faster and I started getting hungry more often and I lost weight even though I was eating more. Is that normalNormal saline flush with MVPS, or would it be caused by something else?
I don't think it is normalNormal saline flush, but I am not a doctor. MVP is typically benign. It sounds thyroid related to me; hyperactive. Have a TSH, free T#, and free T4 drawn, and add a glucose to see if you are diabetic.

i was just diagnosed with with mvps after 2 years of not knowing what was wrong with me and yessss those ARE symptoms of it . mvps is NOT the same as mvp. 2 different but interrelated conditions. so sorry you also seem to have this . hope u feel better!
