*Synthroid, Asprin, Carvedidlol, Iron, in the am. Little activity during the day (unemployed).
*Carvedilol after dinner with little activity however will on the occasion will walk a full mile.
*Then comes the Lisinopril, Carvedilol, Iron, Simvastatin.
While doing the Rehab thing, It was only if I took the carvedilol two hours before going there where my heart would get a work out. If I took the Carvedilol 30 minutes before we couldn't get my heart any faster then 80bps (goal was 100-110). To date as mentioned above I have been taking the afternoon carvedilol then going for a walk and I know I can't get the heart beating fast enough for the half hour walk but it's getting dark and cold already. The days I don't go for a walk I can tell when the carvedilol kicks in which gets me wondering if it would be safe to go for a walk before taking the carvedilol purposely to get the heart beating since this would be relatively unmonitored?
There is 10-12 hours between the morning and evening pills. Today I went for a walk and after 1/4 mile I had pain. It didn't "hurt" as much as I could tell something was happening that shouldn't be. So, I'll take the pills before going for my walk and just walk harder to get the heart working.
